It was easy to set up but the prices are a lot for an entrepreneur business starting with very little to spend on adverts

The nice thing with the Google Shopping app is that it's a free application, but once you begin advertising through Google you will be charged by them! However, you get control over your Daily Budget! So I'm going to follow up with you and go over how to edit your daily budget with you.

Same errors, loads of them. After using the template. I have gone back into my product page to ensure better integration. Yet still, errors. Its taking too long to set up and a zillion other things to do... Wish I could get some help!

The app is constantly telling me that my products are fraud and not valid. I have tried for the last few weeks to get this straightened around but nothing works. This app needs worked on a lot. How can my products not be valid when i have "IN STOCK" "ON HAND" inventory. when i spoke with someone at google they kept telling me to do something i didnt know how to. i dont think it should be this complicated to get my products added to google for ads. im not a multimillion dollar company that has the money to pay a ton of people with master degrees to get my SMALL business up and running. why does this company have to be so difficult to work with? i just want spend money with them to advertise my REAL ON HAND IN STOCK ON LOCATION products with.

Like many other reviewers, we installed this advert in the hopes of transferring our products to the Google Merchant center easily. Unfortunately, it pushed a product to the service which was incorrectly formatted, and seeing as it had 100 variants, and therefore looked like 100 different products, Google suspended our merchant account for spam. What's more frustrating is that after contacting Google explaining the issue, I pretty much got the response "too bad, so sad", which seems to be par for the course for Google when interacting with small businesses or unknown creators. Really saddening to be barred forever from a huge service like this over a mistake caused by their own app :(

Very Disappointed! While I am a seasoned web store owner, I'm new to the shopify platform. This Google Shopping app is so bad, it has me second guessing if I should spend time building a store using Shopify at all. I'm finding it hard to believe that the failures of this app is a mistake. Hopefully I'm wrong but it seems like a well thought out money grab to me, especially when I hear long time users writing about how great the previous app was compared to this one.

It a New way to buy & sell with costmers and suppluirs ، and what u r doing and offering so great. However the integration with with all those tools so so difficult it needs to be smother than this.

* THIS NEW APP / CHANNEL IS COSTING US MONEY*

I wish I could give this app / channel (they've changed it the last couple of days) less than 1 star.

The new "app" now displays our prices on Google shopping WITHOUT VAT included which is against Google's terms, now google have threatened to SUSPEND us unless this is fixed. So not only are they costing us money daily because the app is terrible, but they could get us thrown off google shopping forever.

Best advice we've got from support? "Use a different app" very helpful.

It baffles me that people at Shopify are spending time & money creating a new app for something that worked fine before, instead of creating basic functions that other e-commerce providers give as standard.

I've emailed / tweeted the CEO, support etc and but just get generic e-mails back telling they are looking into it etc.

Really, really terrible.
