App disappoints with incomplete item info upload, leading to Google suspension for misrepresentation. Frustrating experience! #AppFail #GoogleSuspension #TechFails

no filter - no bulk action and its looks like google sold this app to private gaint to earn money! thank you
NO ITEMS ARE GETTING APPROVED - ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH. BUT APPARENTLY THEY CAN SPEND £23 FOR ME ON ADVERTS WITHOUT ANY APPROVED ITEMS? WHAT IS GOING ON!!! PLEASE BRING BACK A USEFUL GOOGLE APP. THIS DOESN'T HELP ADVERTISE & PEOPLE WILL START LEAVING SHOPIFY!!

If you use the Google Shopping app to sync products to your Google Merchant Center, sometimes the approval shows up in your Google Merchant Center before it get's updated in the app. If this happens, simply reach out to Shopify Support and our team can further assist!

Great attempt, but something's broken. Our store says: "78 products didn’t publish to Google. View these products to see why." So I go to products and they say: "GTIN is required for this product". But our products DO have GTINs (UPCs) - they are LPs and CDs. All correctly entered in the barcode/GTIN box in our product page. A basic field that Google doesn't pick up from Shopify! Looking forward to it getting fixed....?

useless app, our account got disabled for misrepresentation policy (which is a mistake) we tried to contact the support to request a review, it's like if we talk to a bot

Does not work. Waste of time to install this app and all products are pending after a month. Better to just go on Google Merchant account and do it there.
worse app ever.. everything also cannot.. syncing also problem, and need to do so many amendment.. CPC is high too.. not worth it all
useless. No help from anyone. It keeps saying my products are not approved and to add an mpn but I have.

Total disaster, avoid at all cost. YOU WILL LOSE BUSINESS. YOU WILL LOSE SALES. YOU WILL GET GOOGLE VIOLATION. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR POSITION. YOU WILL GET ERRORS. THIS IS TOTAL MESS. STICK WITH THE OLD APP. MOST LIKELY THIS WILL MAKE YOU GO OUT OF BUSINESS AS YOUR GOOGLE SHOPPING CAMPAIGN WILL BE ALL MESSED UP AND WILL RESET PRODUCT IDS WITH GOOGLE MERCHANT CENTER IN MANY CASES AND YOU WILL LOSE YOUR PRODUCT DATA AND HARD WORK. DO NOT USE. THIS IS A TOTAL JUNK. SHOPIFY IS FORCING YOU TO USE THIS NEW SALES CHANNEL. OBJECT IT RIGHT NOW.
If we can give this ad negative -100. Shopify had it as Apps, then switch to sales channel, then switch back to Apps. In all these stupid transitions. We lost all of our google product feeds on our Google account. This new Apps is not able to transfer product feeds from Shopify to Google Merchant account. We spend several hours with Shopify support with no result. They don't understand it or how to resolve google problem. Do not install it!
