Google has been very helpful so far. I'm very please and grateful with how the technical team of google have helped me through a very tedious process. My only wish now is that the project becomes successful!

Just getting started with my store, but so far Google Shopping has been a great source for getting me clicks. The app is user friendly and easy to navigate. I recommend any eCommerce store owners to try the service.
Terrible Terrible Terrible!!! Customer Service is the absolute worst. Nobody helps, all they tell you is to wait and wait. It's been over a month my products have been pending. This is ridiculous!
Thank you for providing us with feedback on the Google Shopping app! Products being stuck in the pending state for over the 10 day estimated timeframe can be quite frustrating. Google needs to review each product variant individually and Shopify has very little control the time frame. Our team is always looking at ways on improving the functionality of our apps your feedback is much appreciated!

Great App, high recommended - makes the whole process of advertising on Google Shopping a lot easier!
Have an ad test pending since Oct 2 2020. I can't delete it cant pause it google was no help when i reached out to them to attempt to have it removed. It states its waiting for their approval over a year later. Cant make a new ad because of this "pending" one. Totally useless app

This is a really great app to use, it really help me with my business. I am very happy with the service
I use this app to do google analytics as well as running ads for the purpose of making sales for profit
I just set up this app. So far it was very user friendly. It was simple to set up which I like! Hopefully it works as easy as it was to set up!!!
