We tried this app even with the one star reviews it received. It wouldn't connect to our Google Account.

Worst possible setup. why make ecerything so confusing. and shopify, stop letting techies write your guides. they assume too mcuh. so frustrating and i will be leaving shopify post haste. what a fucking waste of time.

All products not synced with Google Merchant Center. Reached out to support more than a week ago and no replies till date. Sad to say that customer service seems to be non existent

I used this to track info. Track SEO. Still have yet to actually try it. Great app for reaching customers on a consistent basis. I'm not sure because i still have to add it yet thanks

NO SUPPORT ALL THEY DO IS EMAIL NO LIVE PERSON TO GUIDE NOR VIDEO WITH INSTRUCTION WITH CONS AND PROS FOR DIFFERENT SHOPIFY SELLERS. If you want any success with your store, you need to have it appear in Google, but with this app it is almost impossible. Between the strict standards on Google Merchant Center and the way Shopify does NOT intuitively help you set up your products and store to meet those strict standards, your store will likely never be approved for use on Google. I have had to spend hundreds of hours researching ways to make it work on my own, and even though my store appears to meet all of Google's requirements, I am still not approved. I feel Shopify should work more closely with Google to create an app that is more likely to get their shop approved, as this will ultimately benefit Shopify. I plan to continue my own research to try to get my shop working with Google Merchant Center, but I shouldn't have to. When you reach out to either Shopify or Google, all you get are canned responses with regurgitated policy references and no actual help.

It was easy to set up but the prices are a lot for an entrepreneur business starting with very little to spend on adverts

The nice thing with the Google Shopping app is that it's a free application, but once you begin advertising through Google you will be charged by them! However, you get control over your Daily Budget! So I'm going to follow up with you and go over how to edit your daily budget with you.
