Gooten: Print on Demand

I have to say that my experience with Gooten has been pretty amazing. Like a lot of your print on demand apps, you simply download it install it and you work from that point forward. Whatever you create and sell it's really you. If you want tech support, you have to send an email. However, they have changed their onboarding process and you get to talk to people who work for the company and I think to build a true partnership This is a powerful aspect. I wish there were more print on demand app companies that did things like this. Now I really understand the potential that I have and I can really grow out the brand. I think this is powerful and I strongly recommend anyone who is looking for a partner for print on demand Gooten is your source. I also have to honestly say with all the products that they have available building a successful print on demand business is available with this app!

A very useful app that can save you a lot of time if you need to fulfill a lot of orders regularly. Worth checking out.

I have been using Gooten for a year. The quality of the products is great, and it integrates well on whole. However they do NOT do well when it comes to addressing valid and fairly significant issues, such as needed original shipping information passed from their manufacturer to the original carrier, then on to USPS, so that I have what I need to file a claim with the carrier for losses when packages are lost. Gooten's response? "Not our problem - explain what to expect to your customer." When I mentioned that their system had no way to note a VAT paid by a UK customer via Etsy custom order, so that the customer wasn't billed for VAT twice, I was told they hadn't heard any complaints yet from their manufacturers, so there was no issue to address. I'm sure customers billed for VAT twice and anyone ordering via Etsy would disagree. The list goes on. Plus, CS is only available via email and can take days. Slowly but surely their refusal to address major problems and deficiencies in their system are outweighing the quality of their product.

I've use this app to dropship products from my Shopify store and the have great quality, decent shipping time and customers are satisfied. Will continue to do business.

Very cool app, great selection of products and decent pricing. Doesn't automatically price to help you set your margins, however, overall I've been very impressed with the quality, selection and ease of use for this app. Integrates well with shipify.

I started using this app about 13 days ago. I'm brand new to Shopify, drop shipping, designing, everything! Gooten was there to help me the whole way! I can't even tell you how many questions I asked. Sometimes I could even catch customer support at 3am. Win was very helpful and willing to set up an appointment with me to help in anything I needed. Yes...the picking the items is maybe a little tedious but it actually helped me make less mistakes. I also think the sample policy is pretty good too. I chose Gooten in the end because of their selection of products and the cost! I wish I could keep it a secret but THE COST of products and the friendly customer support is what kept me working all different hours of the day and night to get my designs uploaded.

DO NOT USE! WORST SERVICE EVER! Will ruin your business! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! RUINS STARTUPS!! Placed an order June 6th. "Guarantees 4th day ship." Today is June 26th. It has not even shipped. They could not manage to print a simple white Tee. After tons of emails arguing about shipping my product, they refused and issued a refund. They have the rudest customer service who want to question what to do?? You ask for your order and they act confused. This is the worst thing. Don't waste time building your company around this kind of crap. You will be sorry.

Don't bother. It is a waste of time to put effort into building your site, spending hours upon hours dedicated to adding and creating products for your business and website, only to find that the service provider cannot deliver. This is a lot of money and time down the drain.

I did find several articles comparing different services out there for this type of service. What I found was that Printful is a better option that does not require a monthly fee. However, if you do the math, Printify will in the end, give a better ROI or profit margin, even with the $29 monthly fee.

So there are options. But this place, don't even have a way to phone them, and stopped having the live chat option for customer service. So you are left with arguing with people through emails that take days and nothing gets accomplished to fix your issues. I'd suggest you try the other options first. :)

I was a bit confused on how to create a product at first, but after a short while it was easy to get used to. I've used a bunch of different, but similar companies, and this one by far is my favorite! I love the amount of options and that it actually tells you if the size is correct and fits properly. That is an issue I've had with other apps. I highly recommend it!. I can see how some of the people in a few of the other reviews were confused, but if you give it just a bit, you'll be happy you used Gooten. If I could change one thing though, it would be how they handle shipping for my store. I don't like how I have to manually figure out the shipping cost for each items. I wish they would make it more simple.

Their customer service is impeccable! I receive a response back the same day if it is during business hours and they always find a solution to the problem. Overall, this is a great company and every physical product I have received has been awesome :)

I have really enjoyed the experience and partnership with Gooten. I have appreciated their relatively quick turn around. Anytime I had an issue/question, they have been quick to answer an resolve.

We have tried a number of POD fulfillment providers and no one is as good as Gooten. We love them and plan on using them for years and years to come!
