It's great and simple to set up. Only down side is there no option to add logic (i.e. skip question 2 if answer to 1 is no).

Whilst we’ve consciously designed the app to balance powerful features with reliability and ease of use, it does mean that we have not implemented certain complex functionality.

Our focus has been on keeping surveys fast, simple for customers to complete, and dependable for merchants to run at scale. That being said, your feedback is very much appreciated as it helps us to evaluate where we evolve the product next, so thank you for taking the time to provide your review!

We were looking for a solution to implement a thank-you survey after checkout, and Grapevine turned out to be exactly what we needed. The tool is simple, straightforward, and provides a great customer experience.

The Klaviyo integration was a key requirement for us and really made our lives easier.

On top of that, the support is outstanding—Sam is incredibly kind, responsive, and always willing to help. The team’s openness to improving the product based on customer feedback makes Grapevine the best solution we could have chosen.

Great App and great support! Easy to set up and the support helps with every question. We love the Klaviyo integration which helps us collecting the custom data.
