I'm thrilled that I can use one app to replace the loyalty/reward system I had before AND replace the wishlist app I had before as well. Add in the fact that they also have a product review system that is integrated with the rewards system and you've got a lot of value in just one app! The team at Growave including Aziz, Masha, Anna, and Janat have been super helpful during my trial period and are always prompt with responses and solutions to any issues I might have. Once in a while you recieve the customer sevice and help that all companies should strive for. Aidana and the team from Growave are exactly that. My theme required some tinckering with the positioning and look and feel of the icons on both of my shopify sites. They have been there 100% and completed all requests quickly and to my 100% satisfaction.

I'm currently using this app but I don't think I'll be using it for a long time, the inability to customize the rewards page is really limiting. In addition to the fact that it is not possible to have a LOGIN button when loading the page, which makes usability compromised by the user, because to log in he has to click randomly inside the page to see the log in button.
I asked to make this button visible right away, but it seems impossible to implement. I'm not satisfied at all.

Since I first started using Growave a few weeks ago it has been very seamless and easy to integrate with my site. Some features do require support from the help desk but they jump on top of requests and are always eager to assist.
