Customer service is really EXCEPTIONAL!! We've been providing web design and development services for more than 15 years and we've used a lot of apps, plugins, themes etc during that time. I spotted a general problem with the rewards sign up feature and rather than being told 'we'll solve this in the next version', the problem was resolved IMMEDIATELY. I have never experienced support quite like it. Highly recommended!!

Regarding your question about deleting all data from your site, we can assist by asking our dev team to remove any remaining code from our app. To do this, we'll need access to the Apps, Themes, and Settings sections of your Shopify store. Please share the collaborator code with us at support@growave.io so we can proceed with the request. We have also sent this information to your email, so please kindly check your inbox.
