After using the growave app about 2 years, I just changed a new theme and requested the growave support team to customize this app on my new theme.
They are really happy to help me again and provide an incredible service, made this app to match my new theme in colors, buttons and everything looks awesome.

I’m very impressed with all the great features and awesome support of SocialShopWave. They helped for building a community site for my shop.
It is the best app in Shopify that we have experienced, SO HAPPY :)
I really like this app. I am pretty fussy so for me to be really happy with this app it must be pretty good! I have been using the social login and the rewards program for a while, and have just set up the reviews program. Its so easy, intuitive and effective. And their customer service is so so helpful and really efficient.
Integrating this app into my store was a breeze. The app seamlessly integrates with my website and other marketing tools, ensuring a smooth and cohesive experience. I didn't need any technical expertise to set it up, and the support team was always available to assist whenever I had a question.

日本のサイトに導入しました。 I chose this app because I use social login, review collection, loyalty program, and favorite list.
It's easier than adding a bunch of apps because all the features you want to implement are in one place.
I didn't use it for our site, but I'm also attracted to the fact that you can pull in other posts from instagram.
Emails to customers are also prepared from the beginning, so if you are not particular about what you want to send, you can minimize the customization.
I was expecting to lose the points that my customers had accumulated due to the site migration, but I was told that I can transfer them to GROWAVE.
The articles on setting up the system are extensive, and there are many things that can be solved without inquiring.
If I can't solve a problem by myself, I can ask a question via chat, which is most helpful.
I use English and images to communicate my inquiries, and when my intentions are understood, they are promptly responded to, which is very helpful.
I'm Japanese and can't speak English at all, but I've been able to communicate with them using the translation tool, so if you're not sure which app to use, I think you should consider it as a candidate :) ソーシャルログイン、レビュー収集、ポイントプログラム、お気に入りリストを使用するため、このアプリを選びました。
導入したい機能がまとまっているので、アプリを何個も入れるより楽です。
うちのサイトでは使いませんでしたが、他にもinstagramの投稿を引っ張ってきて載せれたりするのも魅力的ですね。
顧客に送るメール文なども、最初から用意されているので、特にこだわりがない場合は最小限のカスタマイズで済ませる事ができます。
サイト移行のため、それまで顧客が貯めていたポイントが失効してしまうと思っていたのですが、それもGROWAVEに頼めば引き継げるそうで助かります。
設定に関する記事は充実していて、問合せせずとも解決できることも多くあります。
自分で解決できなかった時は、チャットで質問ができて、これが一番助かっています。
問合せは英語や画像を使って伝えるのですが、こちらの意図が伝わると迅速に対応していただけてとても助かっています。
私は日本人で英語は全くできませんが、翻訳ツールを使ってやりとりすることができているのでどのアプリにしようか導入を迷われている日本の方は候補にいれて良いと思います。

Best support team I have ever had among all the other apps I have installed. Really appreciate constant check up and updates, prompt coding solving etc. The team has helped my store growth from loss to even breakeven. I strongly recommend their reviews, questions and wishlist functions that help in reducing the abandoned cart rate. Keep up the good work! Thanks and much appreciated.
Tattu is beyond amazing so is this APP! They went above and boyond even fixed a issue in my admin panel and no cost to me! I have already upgraded my plan and Also With this only being my 2nd day with the Referral program active.. i am already seeing Sales from it! Cant thank you enough.

DO NOT use this service. Several issues with their coding and loyalty program that caused thousands of lost sales. Customer service does not follow up to help. You have to run after them after they supposedly will follow up with you. Save yourself the trouble and get better service with another company. It may cost more but will save you from losing customers due to growaves lack of ability to fix the technical issues. Customers have not been able to redeem their rewards and after contacting growave they still have done nothing about it 2 days later. We terminated our service with them after 2 years of being a loyal paying client. RUN FOR THE HILLS
