Growave: Loyalty & Wishlist +

We absolutely love this app and our customer's do too. So many cool features in one place! We rolled out all 5 apps (Wishlists, Rewards, Referral Scheme, Shop Instagram Feed and Social Log in) in less than 7 days, including all the planning. This wouldn't have been possible without Growaves outstanding customer support. Big shout out to Tattu, who has dealt with my many questions and tweaks with aplomb. I was never waiting more than 48 hours for a reply, which is brilliant. I can't wait to see how this app develops. If you want to up your customer engagement and reap the rewards of it, this is the app for you.

Must have All in one APP - Wishlist, Reviews, Rewards, Social Login and much more. Additional Review after few days: 1 - Bug fix resolution time is very high (More than a week)
2 - Vert poor performance of reviews widget. Reviews take more than 6 seconds to load.

Bcp de fonctionnalités, nous ne les utilisons pas tous. Le gros + : le SAV est très réactif et très arrangeant, ils nous ont bcp aider pour le set up et les correctifs de bugs. merci !

I've never experienced better customer service with an app! They're super responsive, speedy, accommodating and friendly. This suite of apps is already pretty easy to set up, use and integrate with existing store incentive programs, but the Growave team has really helped take it to the next level by assisting with customized design across each app. A++!

I first used this app for reviews and wishlist, but then I took the entire package because they have very good apps very useful ! The team is amazing, always there to help you as fast as they can. I'm very satisfied, and I want to thanks them !

This is the best Shopify app I have ever used, literally, it can meet your needs for the loyalty program, referral, wishlist, discount code manager, IG Store, customer community build-up, and even the recovery mail! !! This has indeed brought us an increase in GMV and registered members. Meanwhile, the most important is that the staff of Grove are very friendly. Any request we mention, even if it is related to their product, they will try their best to help us solve it. 100% will recommend it. This is the Top 10 Shopify app you must have.

Have ran into issues with Growave time and time again over the last 2 odd years of using the app, and their live chat team seem to never be able to give me clear cut answers. The same one liner is always used , "let me forward this to our developers and get back to you when we receive a reply." They've recently updated the app and are now sending "system notification" standardised emails to your customers BUT you are unable to access these emails to customise them to suit your brand. The reason given was "if we change these templates for you, we will have to change it for everyone else". So in essence, you are unable to see what they send to your customers which makes no sense. There are a number of other issues with this app that I won't go into detail here, but overall I would not recommend this app for its lack of customer service and lack of customisable functionalities.

The amount this app offers for free is amazing: the wishlist and social login features are well-thought out and tailored to your needs. I like the wishlist best of all because it integrates so well in my store.
The customer support is amazing as well, really on of the highlights of this app. Other apps should take an example of this support team!

Great app & customer service! Growave has helped me build trust with my customers by allowing me to display detailed reviews, allow customers to use their social accounts to log in, and allows them to save items to a wishlist. whenever I have an issue setting something up they always assist me in a timely manner.
