Growave's customer support is very responsive and solves any issue easily. I can't say enough about their support. The app is rather easy to use and serves most of our needs except the Reviews feature. We are hoping the newly required upgrade will produce additional value to our business.

Very functional addition to our store. Works well for reviews and rewards and integrates with Shopify to allow customization in where and how reviews are shown on your page. Excellent quick responses from support! Would highly recommend.

We've been using Growave for our Shopify store for quite some time now, and it has been a solid solution for managing our loyalty program, wishlists, and customer engagement. The app is easy to set up and integrates well with our theme.

The features are versatile and truly help build stronger relationships with our customers. Our users especially love the wishlist functionality, and the loyalty program has helped increase repeat purchases.

A special mention to the support team – always quick to respond, professional, and genuinely helpful. They've assisted us several times with customizations and answered all our questions patiently.

I was an early adopter of Growave when they just started and had 2 stores on their Basic plan which is $9/month. I have been giving a lot of feedback and invested much time and money to integrate the app into my current stores. Just recently, they announced a new 2.0 Dashboard rollout on 15 Mar and I will lose access to my dashboard, and my current plan is no longer offered.

Honestly, it is just the dashboard UI update and the features generally remain the same. For me to enjoy the same set of features (VIP tiers, custom address to send email, etc), I will need to upgrade to their Growth plan, which is $149/month!

That's like 16x more expensive. We are a small brand and have two stores, and it is way over our budget. I wrote in to ask the support and was told if I chose not to upgrade my plan, the dashboard would be blocked and the widgets will be disabled on your site.

I am happy to see that Growave.io has grown to what it is now, but shouldn't you also take care of your early loyal customers? I wish that you had a better way to handle this as many other companies would still honor the grandfathered plan even if they introduced the price plan change (maybe without the newer features)

Truly disappointed.
