Guide Shipping Protection

We have been using Guide Shipping protection since more then a year and outstanding result we have got so far. Outstanding support and quick resolution. We are working stress free by using this app. Highly recommended.

Guide is a fabulous app. I've installed it on any store that I've launched, and just installed it on my newest store! Guide has a fabulous interface and is soooo simple to use compared to filing claims with USPS. This allows us to offer our customers a higher level of service and control over how much they want to protect their packages. Any time i've needed help with setup/general support, they have been so quick to help. I recommend them 100 times over!

This app is great once you can get it installed. I had troubles but they added it for me awesome plus in my book. It protects me and my customers from the postal service losing packages or damaging them! Also it’s not much more to the total to get it and have that piece of mind as a customer.
