This app is awful. We have tons of orders where the app just did not assign a code. We also found that the app did not send out the emails with the code. Their support is crap. They don't have any answers, they did not send out the gift codes to the recipients even though I have requested that 3 times now. Customers are very upset. This is taking a huge amount of my time to find and send out gift ...

Amazing customer service! I had an issue with the app because I wanted to change the color of some buttons and the option did not yet exist. They went above and beyond to make it happen. Thank you!
Just started using it, and so far the experience is positive. Very intuitive interface, and seems to do exactly what I need, which is give user a gift card when they sign up (without having to purchase it)
