Happy Birthday by Union Works

Great app, well designed and works well. We have it installed on 3 stores and see good conversions from the Birthday email send outs. Support is very proactive and responds quickly. Highly recommended.

We've been using the app for about 6 months now and have really like it so far. The design of the actual email was limited, but the theme developers will let you use your own coded email if you send it to them. Also, the customer services is really fast and helpful, which made everything super easy. Sales have been steadily growing without having to manage anything since everything is set up. One thing to consider, you'll want to send a follow up email reminding your customer to use their promo code, which can't be done in the app so you'll need to set something up through your 3rd party email provider (e.g. klaviyo).

Love this app! The developers are also very easy to work with. Overall, it keeps track of all of our customer birthdays and sends out the emails without me even having to touch it.

I have loved this addition to our store! We have had the app for 2+ years and it has definitely helped increase sales, and makes our customers feel special at their birthday time. I needed to switch systems to have my emails sent from another platform so my emails all looked cohesive, and customer service was awesome and speedy with assisting! Totally worth it!

Helping us collect birthdays for the past 2+ years. Always reply when I reach out. Never rude. Never give an excuse of why something didn't work right. Good Company for sure!

I simply love it.
Simple to use, and generates sales.
It can be integrated in a lot of places and I love the fact that adds a tag on customer with the birthday date so if you have the customer in store you can see it's his birthday.
Support is excellent too.
