Die Schnittstelle zu OTTO funktioniert leider sehr unzuverlässig. Es treten regelmäßig Synchronisationsprobleme auf, bei denen Produkte nicht korrekt übertragen werden. In meinem Fall wurden alle Bestände bei OTTO plötzlich auf 0 gesetzt, was zu erheblichem Umsatzverlust geführt hat.
Der Support ist kaum erreichbar – auf Antworten per E-Mail wartet man meist 3–4 Tage, und es gibt keinen direkten Ansprechpartner oder schnellen Live-Support.
Für den Preis von über vierstelligen Jahreskosten ist diese Leistung absolut unangemessen. Ich kann die App aktuell nicht empfehlen, solange diese Probleme nicht behoben und der Support verbessert werden.
Der Kundensupport ist sehr hilfsbereit, vor allem am Anfang zur Anbindung habe ich mich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Synchronisierung hat gut funktioniert. Danke!
I recommend Pine! The solution is really effective and saves a great deal of time for Avocadostore. Moreover, the team behind it is supportive and helpful.
