Excellent app, pretty easy to use, highly configurable, meet any shop requirements for sure, I'm using it in www.petgreed.com

For the most part, the UX is good. On the back-end, if you accidentally delete anything, it's gone forever. You should be able to save and test out changes before anything permanent happens. I have also noticed that FAQ pages are not indexed by google. We have lots of rich, indexable content in our FAQs so this is actually a big deal for us. I reached out and asked when this would be fixed and was told that they plan to offer a premium version in the future that is more compatible with search engines but did not provide an ETA.

Easy to instal, easy to use. Made it all easy to engage customers. Would be nice to include the standard FAQs that could be edited.

This app do its purpose for free. Very good app using it now for my website. Will buy a plan after exploring it.

Great app, does what it says and i like the overall appearance. It was a little confusing to start with as to how to get the layout to work like we wanted it to but now that its set up it works great!
