I have added this APP for years, today I found the APP content all can not collapse or rolled up.
This problem has appeared two times. Then the after-sale service is great.
The problem has been solved quickly. So I give 5 stars again.

So Far So Good! Simple and to the point!

I had an installation issue and contacted the HelpCenter support team. From the moment the Trouble Ticket was submitted - to having the problem fixed (backend Shopify login was required)... was just 20 min TOPS! And all of this magic happened at 2:00am PST. I'm pleasantly surprised at the level of support! A+

Used this app to answer all of my clients question without hassle will result in an easier user experience, less client frustration and will save a lot of my time thank you!

Really impressed with this app, its so easy to set up an integrate and looks really professional. Layout is perfect and has search functionality above the question/answer tabs. My site is in Spanish and it was extremely easy to switch everything from English to Spanish. I had one issue with the layout on mobile (small alignment issue and wanted to change something regarding the search) the customer service team were super helpful and resolved it right away. Highly recommend!!!

HelpCenter is a fantastic FAQ page that is actually FREE! Marius has provided a great App that can be configured to your specifications with a little bit of CSS.

The FAQ page is better than most paid Apps without any customization. The setup is easy and intuitive, and if you have any questions, Marius responds to an email. I highly recommend this App!
