What an awesome App team!! I can't believe it's free. It does everything you need it to do, including editing the search bar to fit your page anyway you see fit. I can already tell after just launching our help center that this is going to help tremendously. We even linked the directions page to one of the answered questions. This is just AWMESOME! Our FAQs look so nice now, I really like how it looks like. And when we faced some display issues related to our template, the support took actions in a very short time!

I tried a few faq apps and Hep Centre is the one that met my criteria the best.

Among other features, the keyword and question search bar works very well.

Wish more of the basic settings (text formatting in particular) was embedded in the back-end, but this is more than compensated by the responsiveness of the customer support.

Really good: simple, easy, effective, free. Great for presenting big blocks of info in a compact form (such as your terms and conditions) with its collapsing sections.

Suggestion: Allow/create anchors for the sections, so we can link within the page, and also link to specific sections of the page from elsewhere.

Fantastic app - it looks great and it's super easy to use. We've noticed a large decrease in the amount of customer emails we receive since installing the app too, which is just what we wanted.
