I first started my Shopify journey 2 years ago. Help Center was the perfect app as it was simple and easy to use. As my store grew, my need for a more detailed Help section grew, and I moved away from the App. Now I find myself re-installing it to implement in my store - it's simplicity and easy of use is perfect for my customers. A little CSS magic from my web developer in the backend and this App is perfect for what I need. :-)

Love the app, thank you very much.
One nice addition, IMO, would be the ability to sort articles after they have been posted.
Other than that, thank you for a well thought out idea and design!

Excellent, this app makes the FAQ page so much nicer than a regular one. I recommend it.............

Overall 10/10 super easy, it's free, can't complain at all.

Great app, super simple to use and generate sections with. Contact form does not work right now for some reason so I disabled it. Would like ability to change text size without using HTML but I'm sure that'll be implemented in an update.

I had the pleasure to deal with Justas from the support group and I have to say that he made my experience a great one. I am quite new at all of this and sometimes ask questions that may seem basic to some but not to Justas. He took the time to understand my exact needs, answered quickly, clearly and politely. Thank you Justas for the great work and for the amazing support.

Clean and elegant, easy to use, practical, fast setup, very intuitive, you just install and add the app, the information and you are good to go.
