I used up to help me to do FAQ page and I love it.
Excellent APP!
It's simple and easy to add new sections and articles. Awesome!

The worst app for FAQs!
Even in offline mode, it appears in Google Search.
Service in bad faith: not very conciliatory and untrue.
Not possible to translate the app in several languages simultaneously. STAY AWAY!
La pire des apps en ce qui concerne les FAQ!
Même en mode Offline, celle-ci apparait dans la Recherche Google.
SAV de mauvaise foi: peu conciliant et mensonger.
Pas possible de traduire l'app en plusieurs langues simultanément. A FUIR!

thank you for the feedback and I hope you can reply to my email I've just sent. I'm hoping to chat more about languages as you can surely add other languages to HelpCenter. Extremely fast, friendly and competent support team. Ive tested a few FAQ apps, Help Center is the best FAQ app on Shopify.

We have issues with our emailing , we dont recieve and cant send emails, its bad for our business and the support does not answer us even tho i sent couple of emails to their support ticketing system. Hope they will resolve it soon because we are in general happy with the app, it serves its purpose but this downtime is not good for us and could potentially make us look for another more reliable app.

First of all, we're truly sorry to hear that you've come across such inconveniences while using our app.
Please, note that the issue with emailing was connected to some technical issue in our system, which temporarily affected both customers' ticketing system and ours as well(that's why your emails to us haven't been received and replied to in time).
But our developers have been able to detect the problem and fixed it within a few hours, so everything should be working fine now.

I hope that this mishap won't leave a negative impression and we truly appreciate you staying with us!

HelpCenter is probably one of the best apps for generating your FAQ page.
I've been using it since Day 1, and I really like how it behaves.
It doesn't give you much ability of customizing it, but if you are good a bit with CSS, you can figure your way around it.

So far it's good and does what it says. Interface could be updated and prettier to look at. Continuing to use until it does not accomplish what I need.

Really easy to use and a great setup.

Only constructive criticism is that I wish you could re-order the main subjects. On my last update you could still only re-order the sub-sections, and any new main sections you have to add to the end.
