HelpCenter: AI FAQ+Help Center

Before HelpCenter we've made a deep research with possible solution that could handle tutorials content on our website. We build Shopify themes and Apps, so the documentation is essential and searching through search field of Shopify App store we've found this app.

We've fully implemented on our Shopify App project www.sellersmith.com

It is a nice form to have on your website. However, the Contact Form does not work and even after contacting the developers and getting a reply that "it is a problem that is on our end", still nothing is done about the contact form not working. The lack of fixing the problems with the App is unacceptable. Shopify should not allow Apps on their website that do not work correctly. Other then the contact form not working correctly, everything else seems to work nicely.

Very intuitive to use. Support is amazing and quick. I highly recommend using it. One feature is missing, is to allow multiple FAQ pages.

VERY simple and honestly it is a pleasure to use it ! The FREE version works very well by itself, the paid version offers addiitional features such as design.

Exceptional support. I send the ticket in regarding an error I got and received a reply within minutes. The problem was solved within the same day. Can only recommend

Excellent app - Works amazingly well, essential for all shopify stores :)

Its great because it if free. I need something like this for my web site but didnt know how to use code to do this. Its easy to set up. It wasnt clear how to set up the questions and answers because it is confusing how it asks for new category and then new section and then a new article and the requires a title AND and more text (required to enter text under the title). I felt that it would have been nice to just use category for "shipping questions" and new section for the actual questions, then "new article" with the answer, but you are forced to make a category for each set of questions. Maybe its me but thats kind of confusing. Either way, its perfect for my needs and its FREE!!!

i think this APP is very good,very convenient and convenient,it can help my shop a lot and deal with many questions
