Update: I was contacted by customer service and they have addressed my issues and I will remove this app and just stick to the LiveChat/HelpDesk integration I already have as I do not want to have to cancel my current service to start this app through Shopify as I will lose a year worth of communication with my customers. Worse customer service I have ever dealt with. Between this app and Live Chat if the support was as good as the product they would get 5 stars. I can't login or use my helpdesk and there is no help.
Thank you for bringing this to my notice -- you've been waiting way too long to hear back from our Support team. I can definitely imagine how disappointing that must have been. My colleagues are already working on getting your issue resolved.
