This app is so helpful, I can manage all my customer chat and customer status in one single place " Awesome " They help me to set up all properly, more than happy to find you guys, the customer support is amazing, they are always there for you any time you need them, your guys rock!

Aleksandra Pavic is great. She takes her time to assist you the best she can by explaining everything out so you can better understand it and even takes the additional time to create screenshot videos so you can visually see how to set up certain settings.

Great start to using Gorgias. Starting with the $10 plan, limited to 50 tickets. Set up was easy and spam messages or instant closes don't count towards overall ticket count, so you can get a lot of real tickets through in that amount. Very organized within the dashboard, easy to manage support tickets.
