I found this app to be super efficient with its macro intelligence and always found the needed help from the customer service!
Excellent software that allows us flexibility and is up to date with many integrations. During the COVID-19 pandemic they respectably offered relief plans in support of their clients.
Positive experience so far. Easy to use, lots of resources, and very helpful support! I would recommend it to any business owner who is looking to improve their customer support.

I love everything about gorgias. The support is exceptional, any questions I have are answered with fantastic detail, the last one they even made a video to show me how to filter an email into a certain view. Brilliant product and backed by even better support.
App works great and their customer service is even better. Asked just a simple question and they went in and set everything up for me.

Gorgias is an incredibly powerful tool for customer service. I can accomplish in 1 hr what would otherwise take 5 or more. A little bit of a learning curve to get it set up properly but very much worth the effort. Take some time to perfect the macros and automation rules - it will pay off. They also have great support.
Loving Gorgias so far. The tips and tricks as well as their responsiveness is unmatched.
