We love this application. It not only keeps our team organized and efficient, but keeps all the customers info right there for reference as you work through an service issue. Gorgias was awesome at troubleshooting our issue with DNS records for our domain. They were prompt to reply and very courteous.

Gorgias makes keeping in touch with our customers so easy. It integrates with almost all of our channels, and the customer service is absolutely brilliant. Would highly highly recommend this app to anyone who is trying to tie up customer communications!

Gorgias has been a must for us. Chloe helped us massively when on-boarding. She was available to my team daily to answer questions and problem solve. We have never regretted our choice.

Our support team could not be happier with switching to Gorgias. Not only is it a helpdesk but it also incorporated social media, where most of our customers live. The integration with Shopify makes looking at orders seamless. Setting up the rules can take time, but Chloe, the head of customer success, has literally held our hand through all of it. Never miss customer correspondence again. Best service, fast to respond. Would highly recommend them to any store looking for a well-run service that flawlessly integrates with Shopify. Would give them 10 stars if I could.
