Great app for managing customer service tickets all in one interface

Gorgias has taken our customer service to the next level. It was fairly easy to integrate with our other platforms and it is easy to learn as we add new users. Gorgias customer service is accessible and responsive. Our entire team is so happy to have found Gorgias.
It works fine! This is the third helpdesk app I worked with and I’m very pleased. It is deeply integrated with Shopify so you can do a lot from the help desk app, makes it great to work with. Also works fine with the Shopify contact form which was not the case with the earlier helpdesk apps. Great customer support.

We switched over to Gorgias at the beginning of the year and haven't looked back! My favorite part is having access to all of the Shopify info while responding to Tickets. It's also such a time saver being able to issue refunds in Shopify from Gorgias. My other favorite, is the Chat Support. Quick. Throughout and uber friendly :)
Gorgias is a lifesaver. We have a lot of customer queries from different channels (Facebook comments, Messenger, Instagram, several email boxes, etc.) and Gorgias allows us to manage all of those channels efficiently. The macros and the fact that it pulls Shopify data into Gorgias is a tremendous time-saver. We love it!
This is the second company I have used Gorgias for support. It is very easy to use and with the right setup and integrations, it saves a lot of time for other tasks.
