Customer Support is top notch which is a very important part of any CSM platform. So far I'm pretty happy with the platform overall. It doesn't have as many bells and whistles, but it does well on what it focuses on.

Gorgias is perfectly integrated with Shopify, it's a must-have.
Customer service is helpful and responds quickly.

Great app, easy to use...their customer service is second to none and they are always quick to get back to us and keep us in the know of upcoming/planned updates and any issues/steps being taken to fix them

I had few questions about the app and the settings and they answer me fully and very quickly. I recommend

We went from using several different apps and our CS team having dozens of tabs open to service customers, to then moving to Gorgias and having it all pretty much in one place. We can see if a customer has reached out through different channels through Gorgias ticket history, we can set rules based on different variables that come up, and their support team is top notch! If I ever have a question or issues that's not answered in their FAQs, they have a chat feature within the app and are very quick to respond.

Really keeps customer service organized. Macros and automations are amazing and have saved us probably thousands of hours of labor. Can't recommend the software highly enough. Outstanding service as well.

We have been using the Gorgias app for almost a year now, and it has allowed us to continue to grow our company without having to add customer service staff. It streamlines the whole CS process, integrating every channel of communication into one tidy but robust platform that one person can manage, allowing as much automation as we could possibly want or need, but making it completely customizable so we can maintain the personal and human touch our customers value so highly. they provide training both live and asynchronous, and when I just need to reach out to get an immediate answer, they have never failed me, even on weekends. Gorgias lives out the kind of customer service we want for our company, and they make it possible for us to do.
