I've only been using this for 24 hours and I can already say three things:
1) the feature set is SPOT ON for what I need as a small business. Everything I need with no extra fluff.
2) As a former SaaS developer and product manager, I especially appreciate the UI/UX, as well as the open, integration-friendly architecture.
3) Support is TOP-NOTCH. Alex has already helped walk me through many things I needed help or recommendations on.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Better than ZenDesk, FreshDesk, ...

Great support, always kind and to the point. They are very responsive and help out with every question you throw at them.
Gorgias has streamlined our customer service responses. Their customer service team has always been very receptive to requests and helping me find solutions.
Everyone has been so helpful with questions when we made the switch over to Gorgias and the platform is really intuitive and easy to use. So many time-saving measures to increase efficiency within the app as well.
Great support team, quick to answer. Love the way it pulls in emails and FB chat (among other things)

Fantastic app and fantastic support. The app is a game changer with all the automation and ease of use for my CS people. Support is great particularly during COVID time with good support to clients.
