Gorgias didn’t work for us in terms of pricing structure. It quickly became way more expensive than competitors offering a similar set of features and so we requested a cancellation of the service in September. Unfortunately that cancellation was not actioned and it wasn’t until December that we noticed Gorgias had been continuing to charge us. They refunded us once we reached out regarding this. ...

Gorgias added phone and IVR to their CS offering. What a wonderful app. I was skeptical at first, but with the free 300 tickets I gave it a go. I was surprised at how easy it is to work. A elementary school kid could use this app its so easy. Its taken a whole lot off our table, by making these so easy. I would recommend giving this a go.

Let me start by saying I wish I found this APP long time ago, it is by far the best and most reliable APP for customer service and tickets. We are getting 100-300 tickets per day and needed a solution that can work flawlessly with Shopify and here it is. On top of that the team behind the APP are amazing and very helpful and really make the whole experience amazing... I highly recommend this APP ...

Migrating from Zendesk to Gorgias is worth the effort if for NO other reason than the simplicity of creating tickets.

So far so good! I'm thinking this app will end up paying for itself over and over with the amount of time and hassle saved. In-app chat support is second to none. I'm excited to be on-board with Gorgias!
