Really pleased with the app so far. This is the helpdesk built from the group up *specifically for* Shopify instead of the helpdesk that tries to adapt its existing platform after the fact. Would you rather have a round peg and a round hole or a square peg and a round hole?

After trying many apps for customer support we stuck on Gorgias, very simple, clean yet productive app. Gorgias customer support is awesome, they help to fix things wholeheartedly which shows real professionalism. Hopefully they will roll out new features soon. Good Luck!

Early day's, but so far we have been unbelievably impressed with the team. The integration was up and running within a day, and our customer support team started to see the benefits immediately, They do what they say they do!

We looked at everything. Zendesk, Help Scout, etc. While those systems are prettier and have fancy mobile apps, this one gets things done. The shopify integration and facebook messenger integration is unlike anything else. We were struggling to respond to problems via email and this solved everything.

Exceptional customer support and a tool that does what it says on the tin. Not the cheapest solution but worth every penny as it saves us hours of monitoring multiple customer support channels.

I love this support desk software. Very simple to use and their support is great. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a way to manage tickets for their business.

Customer Support is top notch which is a very important part of any CSM platform. So far I'm pretty happy with the platform overall. It doesn't have as many bells and whistles, but it does well on what it focuses on.

We have just started using this platform and so far have found pluses with it.

1. Shopify integration allows us to refund, cancel, track and see all order details on a customer's tickets.

2. Support staff is very responsive to queries.

3. Information is transferred from Zendesk allowing for smoother transition and record of customer history.

In response to Gorgias' response- DO NOT USE THIS APP IN THE NEAR FUTURE. Since my original review we now have had several people reply to our emails and customer support requests, but all they've done so far is confirm that the system isn't working in the ways we're saying that it's not working. The phone system kicks agents off calls when new calls come in, the email import timed out after days ...

We used this app for a number of months but decided to migrate away. Gorgias is well established however we felt that it was trying to do too much and the customer got lost in persistent automation. The support team were excellent at the onset but that ebbed away over time and I didn't feel it was appropriate to continue with this solution.
