Support from Gorgias (esp Romain) has been above and beyond expectation. They really care about helping if you have questions or problems.

Integration of support with Shopify is great. Really looking forward to seeing new features added in the future. Keep up the good work!

Aasif and Richard really went the extra 10 miles when onboarding my company with Gorgias. Like, seriously they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. They showed me things I never imagined possible, concepts I never understood were “a thing”. We love using Gorgias. It is very seamless to use, beautiful, fast and the customer support is incredible. We were using another customer support platform for a few years and it never changed or improved at all. Gorgias constantly adds new features and integrations.

We were looking for more streamlined solution over Zendesk. This software is cost effective, super easy to use and install on shopify store. Great onboarding experience from local staff. Hoping the chat widget can offer more customization in future such as Pre-chat surveys.

This app is amazing! We have been struggling trying to keep up with increased support emails and this app seamlessly integrated with our Shopify instance and allows us to automate a lot of our support responses.

Incredible support & customer service. Turned out that I was looking for something geared towards mobile devices, but if you're looking for desktop / web app, Gorgias is the way to go... it wasn't for me, but the support alone warranted a 5-star review.

This app smells scammy all over the place. Used it for a while, but it got to complex. Then trying to get out, is not easy. No delete account button, and you need to chat with them. And how is that going? Not good at all, since they are stalling,... stalling.... stalling....

We just installed and the support has been great. I love how the integration to my store works with their support software. I can view all orders my customers have purchased. it tells me the value of the customer (ie: how many dollars lifetime they've spent on the store) It allows my team to have quick access to the data they need to support my customers. Everyone should use it!
