We had high hopes for Gorgias. But key integrations they said they had simply did not work. We were told repeatedly the issues would be resolved, but after weeks we had to abandon. Further, the phone queue functionality is extremely limited. If phone service matters, do your diligence - this likely isn't the service for you. You can't prioritize agents, adjust queue roll times, offer call backs, ...

Brilliant work by a winning team. Gorgias is a game changer for automated and scalable customer service. Once you get to know the rules and macros, you can truly make this a productive experience. I also managed to get inbound SMS working with SMSBump, which funnels in as a new ticket and I can reply to (VIA SMS!), which is brilliant.

Too expensive. Tried it after Zendesk. PS A lot of fake positive reviews here.
Our company compared two apps between Gorgias and Reamaze. With this app you have to add high cost per ticket and include it's price for each order which male ROAS lower.
Both simple, but.

Looks like it's only for small shops and lazy entrepreneurs.

So far so good, we are fledgling users of the system with our new Shopify store. Support helpdesk is always on the case - great service. However some of zee translations in zee system are a leetle bit French.

Very bad application and service. We sent an email to their billing department and we did not get a response on the unsubscription. Also very difficult to use compared to Helpscout. I do not recommend it at all.

They made a reply and said that it is unsubscribed. However, IT IS NOT!!!!! I still see my credit card details and can login to my account. What is going on with you guys and why you made ...

This is it! Have used Zendesk and tried others, but we really need a system that is simple, robust and integrates well with Shopify. Nothing comes close to Gorgias. After the first day, we skipped the trial and went to the paid version.

Highly recommended.
