The software is very powerful. The interface is clean and beautiful. The macros and the tagging system, which can be color-coded and searched, are quite powerful. Love it!

Terrible!! I thougth is will be a solution for my business and now it becomes hell. I changed my local phone number for Gorgias phone number and the service does not work at all. Calls appear randomly on different team member's screens, they don't ring sometimes, team members cannot recieve the calls despite they are connected on line...massive Dissaster on Christmas season!!!!!!!! lots of sales ...

They care about profit more than the value they give to small businesses. I've heard many great things about them, and I was excited to try. God these guys! Alright, they spammed me multiple times to go review and so I'll do it. Love the idea of the app, but their own support is really so poor it makes me worry how anyone can use their app for support. If you want to use Android, don't bother-- there's no app AND the web integration is completely broken. (It's close but has a major bug where you can't type anything to respond.)

Was juggling between Gorgias and Zendesk for customer service app. Went with Gorgias because it integrates seamlessly with shopify with all order information on the single page. No longer need to alt tab different windows to find information such as tracking numbers.

We have integrated chat, messenger, facebook posts, IG posts as well which is awesome. Saving you a lot of time!

This is the most helpful helpdesk that I have seen. We have been looking since around 2010 for something to aggregate all of our information into one spot for customer service, and this is the first thing I have seen that came close to making the grade! Integrates a suprising amount of information while still leaving it clear to view quickly. Very excited about this product!!!!!

Werkt super makkelijk! Je krijgt snelle reactie vanuit de klantenservice van Gorgias bij een probleem. We werken met meerdere webshops samen via dit platform. Intergratie met ander social platform heel handig! De app verbeterd zich elke keer weer!

1) the feature set is SPOT ON for what I need as a small business. Everything I need with no extra fluff.
