Amazing platform that is growing and adding new features constantly. Also, customer support is so helpful. They will find the answer to any questions that you have. Recommended!
Great support from the team and so far Gorgias is working really well to bring together my multiple support channels.
We've been using Gorgias for about a year now and we cannot recommend it enough. Both our social media and customer support teams use Gorgias to handle inbound tickets from multiple channels. The thing we especially like is that issues/bugs get resolved quickly and that the guys are open to suggestions.
It has been so wonderful working with Gorgias to help organize all our channels of communication with our customers! Their support team is also always so helpful and quick to help!!
I would have given 5 stars until the recent nightmare with the required DNS domain verification. We are a small, family based company without an IT department and this was too technical for us. It was presented as "simple" yet it was anything but that. It's technical jargon we didn't understand, the written directions were too complicated and confusing, and it took multiple requests with support to complete it (emails, calls, & chat.) Finally, with the help of Richard, it was done after a few weeks of frustration. As far as the platform, it's been a good tool for us and we appreciate the integration with gmail and social media into one location. We are fresh off that debacle, otherwise the support and program had been positive.

The Customer Support at Gorgias is readily available and very helpful. There are sometimes lags in the responses (hence 4, not 5 stars) but the replies are spot on, leading me generally is the right direction. The app works very well. It took me a bit to get the hang of it but now it's invaluable. Thanks!
We shopped around for different customer support software and even used freshdesk for awhile. Gorgias is by far the best software if using Shopify.
