The best app if you want to give a great experience and support to your customers, the macros are the best thing, no other app can do what this can. They just pull all data from Shopify and it's at a glance.
I can't say enough awesome things about Gorgias. Finally an app (and development team) that really care and "get" the problems that small businesses have and then they built this amazing CRM that WORKS!!!! This app is a game changer.
Update: 2020 and we're still loving gorgias!!
This app is so helpful, I can manage all my customer chat and customer status in one single place " Awesome " They help me to set up all properly, more than happy to find you guys, the customer support is amazing, they are always there for you any time you need them, your guys rock!
Aleksandra Pavic is great. She takes her time to assist you the best she can by explaining everything out so you can better understand it and even takes the additional time to create screenshot videos so you can visually see how to set up certain settings.
Love this app!!!! So good as it pulls all customer care into the one place instead of using different apps, programs, sites!!
Integration was easy and quick, and the guys are AMAZING and so helpful!!
