Best all in one support platform on Shopify.
Easy to set up and use, great customer service. The app is very developer friendly.

I've used a lot of software/apps for my business and many of them fail to get the fundamentals right. Gorgias is a delightful exception and does in fact make handling support cases easier...even enjoyable?! Gorgias' team provides great support. They answer the questions on chat within minutes and if that is not enough they jump on Google calls to help. Zoran was of great help on the call.

STAY AWAY - They have Zero support and will pass you from person to person. There is zero on-boarding help and no one will pick up a phone to call you. You can only manage Facebook, IG, Tik Tok and email. It's not the be all end all like they make it out to be. For a company that sells efficiency and service they have NONE.

Incredible support & customer service. Turned out that I was looking for something geared towards mobile devices, but if you're looking for desktop / web app, Gorgias is the way to go... it wasn't for me, but the support alone warranted a 5-star review.
Integrated easily with my gmail account and the chat was easily implemented onto my store. The best part is the customers details are displayed during chat
Brilliant work by a winning team. Gorgias is a game changer for automated and scalable customer service. Once you get to know the rules and macros, you can truly make this a productive experience. I also managed to get inbound SMS working with SMSBump, which funnels in as a new ticket and I can reply to (VIA SMS!), which is brilliant.
We downloaded and set everything up losing our whatsapp history in the process - the app is good but we would still need to go outside of the app to manage facebook group comments and others areas such as whatsapp ony being able to reply within 24 hours which doesnt work for us over the weekends - regrettably will need to find another solution
