From the very first interaction with Gorgias, our experience has been and continues to be brilliant. Our replatforming of our ticketing software was relaxed, easy and without any major issue. All minor issues were dealt with in a timely and patient manner. We are now up and running with a really cool system and our agents love it! The flexibility and intuitive design has made everyone's workload easier.

This is the second company I have used Gorgias for support. It is very easy to use and with the right setup and integrations, it saves a lot of time for other tasks.

We are a small online store, but would rate Gorgias very highly. The App works great for our small team, making it easy to work together to swiftly resolve customer issues. Customer support has been excellent from Gorgias both with implementation, which we found quite easy and the ongoing support for when we need help. Rules and Macros have saved us loads of time, and the Self Service help desk is a great help too. Before we used a much cheaper app that did not have the functionality, but didnt have the investment. But we have spent more, but saved more time as we grow. We are glad to have made the move.

I contact them whenever I have any questions and they always explain things kindly and in detail. I have received a lot of help in using the Gorgias site.

Don't think twice about making the switch if you are on the fence. Our company had been using Zendesk for over 10 years when we made the switch. Not only do we love the features of Gorgias more than Zendesk, but the cost is substantially lower. I am also impressed with the level of customer service they provide. We made a mistake on our end and they actually took care of us! We did not have any expectations, but their response to our situation was swift and extremely classy! Thanks again Gorgias team, we look forward to many years with you.

Was using Zendesk before, and Gorgias has quite a few things they do better, especially so if Shopify is in your tech stack. Highly recommend, and definitely keep an eye out on the "upcoming features" calendar as this is one of the few companies that have executed more often than not on their planned (and communicated) improvements to their platform.

We made the move from Zendesk a week ago and can already tell we made the right decision! From the onboarding to our internal reporting, this has felt like a huge upgrade. Features we were told about during our sales calls actually work in the way we hoped and we know as we learn more about the functionality, the more we will be happy with our switch. One of our main reasons to move was the Instagram integration Gorgias offers, we are thrilled to truly have our team on one screen, instead of bouncing around a bunch of apps!
