After a grey-hair producing, extremely frustrating and expensive time with ZenDesk which failed on so many promises on their website regarding Shopify integration. Followed by a temporary switch to FreshDesk - I searched online and found Gorgias - and started a chat on their website, Romain offered to call me and during the call he listened and understood my issues and calmly talked me through his platform - he clearly understands Shopify and what is required - save the gray hairs, frustration and expense of everything else out there and sign up for this app! BEWARE we have found no other support desk which integrates with multiple stores, so if going elsewhere - make that your first questions as even if you have one Shopify store right now you will get more.
Zoran Orestijevic was amazing! Helped me resolve an issue in about 5 min and made it very easy for me to understand by sending me a screen-recording!

Great customer support, whenever we had an issue they found the solution. We have all the tickets fully organized and we can now track them easy and resolve them in a timely manner. Statistics are great.

Gorgias is a great system. It has helped us improve, streamline and organise all of our Customer Service channels into one fantastic system. Gorgias Customer Service is on point, they have always assisted us when needed. Also during these unprecedented times, they have demonstrated to be a truly caring company.
We love Gorgias. We previously had Freshchat & it was so clunky & difficult to use. Gorgia's so much better & intuitive to Shopify. I HIGHLY recommend them & their customer service rocks too!

Gorgias has revolutionized the way we approach our customer support. The macros and tagging system has made it easy for us to respond and track data accordingly.
Their team is always willing to help out with integrations. All of our software plays nicely with gorgias which helps us get inquiries done with speed.
The aircall integration is my favorite. This helps handle voicemails right from our inbox! It pulls customer data from their shopify profile so we can take care of a request if they don't answer on a callback.
Love the gorgias team and their attention to detail with consistent updates.
