Very nice to have app to bring up your customer service to another level and great support, very fast and helpfull
Gorgias is not only visually easy to navigate but it is pretty straight forward with all it's features that provide great help for the company I work for.
The Customer Support is one of the best parts of using this also, not only available via Live Chat but also on email and they even provide service updates if there if some little bug occurs.
Overall, glad we have adopted this !

Gorgias is great to help streamline our customers service needs. I am a bit of a novice so still getting the hang of it but their support team is always available via chat or for a call to help with any questions I may have
There's been a few issues previously, but all seems to be working fine at the moment, and it's running smoothly.
App is just great, support from Gorgias side is also very active and responding really quick! You can connect more than 1 shopify store which is very usefull!
This app is something else man. Seriously try it! Customer service is on point! They even gave me 3 months free due to the current virus, to help out our business!
We have had great support with the super easy setup and love all the features. It has cut the time we spend on customer service in 1/4 and increased our response time for our customers. So happy we found this!
This is the most helpful helpdesk that I have seen. We have been looking since around 2010 for something to aggregate all of our information into one spot for customer service, and this is the first thing I have seen that came close to making the grade! Integrates a suprising amount of information while still leaving it clear to view quickly. Very excited about this product!!!!!
We've been using Gorgias for several months. Pluses: tight integration with Shopify; easy to combine several points of customer contact; easy to navigate interface. Minuses: mobile app is absolutely terrible - this is really designed for desk bound agents; chat is very limited - you can't really see the customer journey while chatting - we're switching back to our previous chat program. One other issue, it would be nice if it auto sent replies to connected customer email accounts so they also be tracked outside of the app. So far, it's a keeper as their support is pretty responsive and they're constantly upgrading it.
Gorgias added phone and IVR to their CS offering. In trying to switch from Grasshopper to Gorgias for our IVR phone service (as it was included with our PRO offering) it took a few inquires to get the answers to questions I was seeking, BUT after a few back and forths, I was able to get detailed answers to the questions I was seeking. Overall, as long as you're patient and willing to persist/ pry a little, it seems you can get the answers and a little more help outside of links to articles you've likely already read.
