After 13 years with Nexternal, we migrated to Shopify Advanced recently. There were a great many reasons for the migration but lack of a CRM for Nexternal was very high on my list as our customer service were having to cross-reference information in about 5 different places which was inefficient and error-prone. they have terrible customer support. they never online to answer you requests
Easy to use and great integrations. Developers listen to users and make changes/take suggestions. Staff is super helpful! It has room to grow, but I'm confident in their vision!
Awesome customer service. I was having trouble with getting emails and customer support was amazing, haven't had the chance to do anything else yet but am confident it will perform as it should
Terrible!! I thougth is will be a solution for my business and now it becomes hell. I changed my local phone number for Gorgias phone number and the service does not work at all. Calls appear randomly on different team member's screens, they don't ring sometimes, team members cannot recieve the calls despite they are connected on line...massive Dissaster on Christmas season!!!!!!!! lots of sales ...
Great Customer Service! This is integration is fantastic for Shopify. We were using another application, but have had a better experience and more features with a better cost.
If I could give less than one star I definitely would. I have been with Gorgias a little over a year. While the service has somewhat helped streamline my customer service issues, the constant outages, being kicked off of the platform and inconsistent Social integration performance has lead me to drop Gorgias. Had an issue with email and Emilija was great with assisting me. She emailed me daily to give me an update and didn't stop until it was corrected.
Absolutely fantastic platform. Their support is incredible and the functionality is even better. If you take the time to set up the macros properly, you're in for a great customer service reputation!
