Great app with really good customer service! Over the last few days I have had to reach out to customer service for a couple questions and they helped me tweak a few things in a matter of minutes!

Gorgias has been amazing for us. Why waste your money on Zendesk? Shopify integration is A+. Thank you to Richard and Gorgias team for all of their help and support.

Gorgias is a breath of fresh air for customer support. They are looking at customer support across the spectrum of email, chat, social media, and calls. Gorgias allows you to build customer profiles basically and really meet the needs of each person. I love that our VIP customers never get a automated response and are always taken care of by our best agents.
You are able to build very specific rules and each time I ask if they have a feature available, if they do not, they are working on building it for us. So happy we switched!!!

My team made the switch from Kustomer to Gorgias last year and are very pleased - the increase in speed is phenomenal and the platform serves as a one-stop shop for our various integrations. I wish there was a more robust reporting system and that different features of Gorgias were more readily able to be automated.

I had a great experience with the staff of Gorgias. I've been using it for the past year, and have always been helped immediately when an issue as come up. Super communication and very user-friendly.

I am very satisfied with Gorgias. It helps me take care of all aspects of my business in one place which saves a lot of time and energy. I am also very happy with the support team. I got very quick and effective help when I needed it.
The only aspect I am not so excited about is the price, I would be happier with a lower price.

Gorgias has been amazing for us. Fully integrated with Gorgias, our SMS tool, Yotpo and has saved us a ton of time on the CS side of things. Definitely recommend.
