Currently using Gorgias and really happy with it's integration into our current business! Super easy to use and the customer service team have been great when we have needed them. Would reccomend to others!

If I were to give this a rating at the beginning of the trial it might have been lower stars but they were able to let us try it out for a little longer due to some glitches and learning curve. Being a startup app I can imagine the obstacles they faced. That being said they were very attentive and fixed problems fairly quick. They were understanding and patient in dealing with our agents get use to their product.

Their Seamless integration allowed us to get into using the app fairly quickly. Romain walked us through the app and showed us the basic functions that we would use on a daily bases. He continued even till this day to be readily available to help us and answer questions.

The app functionality is a great and tied all our customer service channels all in one place without any problem. The order lookup and merge is a great feature as well as on the spot account and order changes.

Setting rules can be a little tricky but they are there to help and guide you through the process. If you have a little patience you can do a lot with the rules. There are endless possibilities to make automation customized for your needs.

The price is great, you can't beat for what they offer I just hope they don't raise the price too much. Regardless probably still worth it.

I highly recommend this app if you are trying to organize your customer service channels and prepare to scale your business. Keep up the great work guys, you truly care about your product and customers.

Migrating from Zendesk to Gorgias is worth the effort if for NO other reason than the simplicity of creating tickets.

Forget the fact that it natively integrates with your Shopify store, Email,, Shipstation, Slack channel or Facebook Messenger applications BETTER than INTERCOM. Forget the fact that the macro's are basically dynamic and can be triggered using 'tags' which, as a Shopify customer, we all understand.

Forget the that the native integration with Shopify allows you to PROCESS A RETURN in the app or automagically refund or duplicate the last order OR create a COUPON CODE for frustrated customers all within Gorgias.

Sign up because Gorgias is GREAT! It's simple to use and they provide great customer support ... makes you wonder what CRM app they are using! Oh wait ... they use Gorgias too!

Gorgias is helping us streamline our workflow and make responding to existing customers and new customers faster and easier than ever before. By creating a new "ticket" for each new conversation it helps ensure that our customers correspondence doesn't go left unanswered and is helping us improve our customer service relationships.

On the surface Gorgias is a much improved messaging / email service, but dig a little deeper and you'll see that the Gorgias team has spent a lot of time and effort in developing a platform that has incredibly value tools that can make our jobs easier. A wide range of integrations allow the platform to be expanded to include chat, Facebook messenger, multiple email accounts, phone tickets and much more.

If you are looking for a way to minimize the clutter in your inbox and the numerous other customer service options out there I would take a close look at Gorgias. We're really excited to continue to learn more about this project and support it as it continues to improve on an already great app.

This app is amazing! Very user friendly, with so much capabilities..all in one window. Made our customer service a breeze and gave us the opportunity to provide even better quality of service to our customers. Highly recommended. The install was super easy, and the staff is beyond awesome!

We love using Gorgias. The transition from our previous platform went very smoothly and our team had no problem making the change with minimal training needed. The exciting part has been watching them realize just how much time they can save by using the macros and rules. We have a lot more of the platform to utilize, but the first month has been great and the support is 10 stars!

I absolutely love Gorgias! It has changed the way that I have done Customer Service. I love the Macros, and love that I can get through all my emails faster. It saves me so much time and effort when taking care of countless customers.

I hope that Gorgias continues to improve and make updates to improve the sorting options. It would also be nice to be informed on what each update does so that I can implement it.

Due to increased support emails, we decided to try out Gorgias. We were pleasantly surprised by how well it integrates with Shopify, order data and customer data - everything gets pulled into Gorgias.

Beside that, we also integrated Facebook support and Live chat support - this drastically decreased amount of support emails we received.

What i liked the most is the support we received from developers, not only they answered all the questions, but also implemented a missing function we suggested - great work.

We used Desk.com for the last two years and while it was okay, it was certainly nothing exceptional like Gorgias has been. From being able to access, cancel, refund, etc orders right from your inbox to the excellent support, simple usability, and improved efficiency, I would 100% recommend Gorgias. Aasif was particularly helpful in launching our rather unique setup.
