The integration with Shopify is perfection - everything I need when I hear from a customer is right there where I need it! When I have questions, the Gorgias Chat function never disappoints!

Great customer service and onboarding process. If there aren't any direct integrations they'll generally help you create a system that solves the issue.

Very nice app, Customer support is excellent for answering all questions, The handling of ticket weather it started from chat and then switched to sms was handled perfectly, I had no problems hooking up gmail, But I did choose not to import the exiting emails, Support is very open to feature requests.

Nikola is very patient and kind with me explaining the things that I need in order to resolve the issue. Excellent service!

We love how it integrates with our Shopify customer information. No more having to open the Shopify app and your Customer Service app. It's also great how Romain and team listen to our requests and come up with solutions to help us out.

The customer support team is really awesome. I was having a very frustrating time integrating my pages. At first, I blamed the app, but little did I know that the problem was on my end all along.
