Aasif and Richard really went the extra 10 miles when onboarding my company with Gorgias. Like, seriously they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. They showed me things I never imagined possible, concepts I never understood were “a thing”. These guys are the best and Gorgias is going to make our customer service endeavours much easier and more efficient going forward. Don’t think about it, just sign up. Gorgias is the best and Aasif and Richard really know how to satisfy a client.

Big fan of Gorgias. Great product for a fraction of the price of Zendesk and Kustomer. Their support is super responsive, as well.
OMG Gorgias is the BEST!!!! Great support and setup help, really easy to use and sooo much that it can offer. We have only just started but so far its AMAZING! highly recommend. It integrates brilliantly with Shopify so makes tasks like sending customers their tracking, refunding etc straight from the Gorgias app. Lots of great time savings features. Richard was such a great help getting us setup.
Gorgias is great! We are about to end our trial and cannot wait to continue using them for all our media platforms. Had a hard time syncing our email and the customer support helped us along the way. The onboard call they suggested was super helpful, they told me what would be the best way to organize and keep good stats for our business needs. They scheduled a follow up call for a few months down the line to make sure we are still happy and doing good with the application. Thank you Gorgias team!
Gorgias has better Shopify and social media integration than our previous Helpdesk (ReAmaze), making it worth the extra $$/month. The ability to customize macros and rules is excellent as well. Analytics functions are also more complex than our previous app.
We did have a few bugs when we first launched the app- the Gorgias team helped us out but it did take a few days to remedy. Some of the options aren't terribly intuitive but it seems like with a bit of practice in the app you can figure out these nuances.

This is one of (if not THE) most valuable Shopify apps we use. Having in one screen a snapshot of every bit of historical communication with a customer from pre-purchase, thru purchase and after (whether from Facebook comments, Messenger, email OR ALL 3) and having that next to their order and shipping data is brilliant!
It works well alongside your own Chat bot but can also perform much of the Chat bot functionality itself.
Making sure a 'ticket' is assigned to the right person and outstanding tasks are done correctly ONCE are made easy.
We've had some minor teething problems with syncing data but the support team are very responsive and very honest about situations and fixes.
Loving it.

This app is great. The macros (email templates) dramatically reduce response times, and you can set up rules to do almost anything you can think of (auto-responses, tagging tickets, sending notifications, etc). Also, Gorgias' customer service is excellent. Romain set up a demo before and after I installed the app, and then he helped integrate other apps we use so they show on the dashboard. The app is already great and probably going to get better and better, given the quality responses I've gotten from them so far.
