wir wollten die App direkt anwenden und kauften uns ein Starter-Abo. Trotz dem Kauf blieben wir in der kostenlosen Testphase stecken und müssen nun 7 Tage warten, bis wir mehr als 11 Buchungen synchronisieren können. Den Fehler bitte umgehend reparieren.

Während der ersten 7-tägigen Testphase ist das Synchronisierungslimit tatsächlich anteilig, und das volle Limit wird verfügbar, sobald die Testphase endet. Daher sehen Sie momentan die 11 Synchronisierungen in Ihrer Benutzeroberfläche.
Wenn jedoch ein Kunde während der Testphase aus einem bestimmten Grund weitere Einträge benötigt, setzen wir das Limit gerne manuell zurück. Das haben wir gerade für Ihren Shop getan.

Ich bin super zufrieden. Nutze das Programm nun seit ca. 6 Monaten und habe von einem anderen App gewechselt. Simple Oberfläche, einfach und selbsterklärend. Super Kundenservice - uns wurde direkt geholfen und das ganze komplett kostenlos und trotz grossem Aufwand innerhalb von wenigen Tagen! Kann ich jedem der Bexio nutzt weiterempfehlen!
Il serait bien que lorsque l'on a effectué la synchronisation de payment le bouton change de couleur pour savoir si on a déjà fait ça où non...

Merci pour votre avis et pour votre suggestion ! Cette fonctionnalité a été intégrée à l'app : deux pictogrammes indiquent désormais respectivement pour chaque commande si le paiement et si le traitement ont été synchronisés avec bexio.
Wow - was für einen Support. Ich bin absolut begeistert von dieser App. Dank der App spare ich so viel Zeit, da es mir alle Dokumente (Lieferschein, Auftragsbestätigung und Rechnung) ohne irgendwelchen Aufwand direkt funktioniert. Da ich mehrere Shops habe, äusserte ich den Wunsch, dass man die Rechnungsvorlage ändern kann, damit ich das nicht bei jedem Dokument manuell machen muss. Und ich bin einfach sprachlos, nach nicht mal 48h war dies bereits umgesetzt. Es muss mehr solche Anbieter geben. Danke das ihr mir hilft, Zeit zu sparen.
