What I love the most is their support team. I had a couple of questions (ok, maybe more than a couple ), and they got back to me so fast. Plus, they didn’t just give me some copy-paste answers—they actually helped me figure things out. You can tell they actually care.

Clean interface, no gimmicks - easy to use and improvements are coming. What really stands out here is the fantastic support team. Great App, Set up is clear and easy, the products are good quality and from EUR brands only. The customer service is great and helped a lot. The tips to help to improve your business / e-commerce are nice and interesting. It is a great App and a great experience.
The only issues (but important I think for an e-Commerce) are:
- Same products from the same brands can be found online and physically at very competitive prices (sometimes cheaper than the buying price through Hertwill), it makes the pricing very difficult for my store
- The delivery costs to most EUR countries are quite high.

Although I haven't been using the app too long for this new store it worked like a charm from the beginning. This is my second store with them and of course there have been couple of hiccups but what brings me back is the great products and very nice and helpful customer support who are actually humans not bots.

We have been Resellers for more than 10 years and have never been treated in this arrogant and discriminatory way as on your platform, which the majority of willing Brands refuse to sell the products without even explaining the reason. Also, when importing products to Shopify, there are many server errors that make proper functioning almost impossible. Avoid this platform at all costs...
