I love that they IMMEDIATELY help you brand the pop-up to match your website. It makes the ad integrate seamlessly with the checkout experience.
Honeycomb Upsell & Cross Sell is the only Shopify app that I can find that allows me to cross-sell personalized products. It works great and has led to an increase in AOV. The customer support is outstanding as well. Would definitely recommend it.

WOW! Its better and cheaper tahn any of the other upsell apps! Customer support is incredible!! I had a lot of custom things that I needed help with and I was able to get on live chat with the developer and he was able to do everything I asked and more. Customer service is truly amazing and they are also a very small team so you are able to develop a realtionship with them and have the same person help you every time! They litterally ehlp me with anything technical I need in relation to their app!!
the team at honeycomb worked tirelessly to get the app up and running for me again after i changed themes. they were so responsive and within hours everything was up and running again

Sadly, this app has been quite damaging for our business. The pop-ups created too much distraction around the checkout process and our conversion rate for Meta campaigns dropped massively after installing it. It took us a while to figure out what happened, but as soon as we removed the pop-ups from Honeycomb, the conversion rate increased again.
This app might work for marketplace websites where people shop around, but if you are running tight ad campaigns for one product, I would not recommend using it as it's too much friction in the sales process and customers will drop out before buying.
