This has been one of my best customer service experiences ever. I changed my email name, and I was afraid that I was going to lose all my previous info, but Dan helped me with the process to migrate my old emails from the old account to the new one, and it was a breeze. He was willing to help me set up my DNS as well, and he was there from beginning to end. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hosted Email for your business.
