Excellent platform- easy integration with shopify. No additional support needed for set up. Super user friendly for teams and very accurate data. Installation was a breeze and the Hoxton AI team was there every step to ensure that we were up and running. Our camera had a malfunction and they sent us a new one and we were up and running again in just a few days.
Exactly what we were looking for. We love that it integrates with Shopify to give us an extra layer of data that isn't just feet through the door. The team was extremely helpful in getting the system online and connected with us.
The data captured and the way it's presented make it incredibly easy to understand footfall and conversion performance at a glance.
