This is my first time to use HyperSKU. For my feeling, they are positive and response quickly when you submit your request to them. If you have problem, they are patiently to explain to you and help you to solve the issue.

This was by far my worst business decision yet. I'm fairly new to dropshipping, but not business and the way these people do business is super shady. I ordered products over a month ago that I never received, because THEY shipped it in an oversized box and it was returned to sender. Rookie mistake for a so-called logistics company and then refused to refund me or express ship it. They simply stated "it will get there eventually". I requested simple things from my agent Bonnie that would take days and her response was simply "we're busy". When I asked to speak to someone in management, she said that "management doesn't speak to customers". Immediately severed all ties after that. I lost thousands in photoshoot and product purchases because of their lack of customer support. People can say what they want about CJ, but what took Bonnie two weeks to achieve for me CJ accomplished in an hour and a half. If you want real success, stay away from this place.

Terrible experience. those who believe time is money - do not touch this app at all ..i am deleting for the second time. people might ask why i did install second time ..just because of one of the customer support agent not to name sent many emails to help me ship my products. it is honest review..so its upto you guys. ****************** Replying to your comment- those are not authentic stuff..just go to Ali express and you will find millions and those dont require license, Above all I just did not delete the app for this silly issue. I have deleted because for me time is money..if you wanna take more than 48 hours for every product to get an update then merchants can only fulfill 1-2 orders per day.

The products you asked for fulfillment are intellectual property products (Peppa Pig and Spider-Man for example), and we cannot sell them unless you are officially authorized to be a reseller. Otherwise, it will be Intellectual Property infringement😯 We always comply with regulations and hope you understand that we feel this is not the most right thing for us to do. We installed this app to allow possible matches with our supplier products when they are sold out and for quick shipping times as they promise you. However the very first product we requested to source which was available and purchased ended up not being available. We were later told they couldn't source 1 item at a time and wanted 500 MOQ (minimum order quantity) which is ridiculous since that's for Wholesalers. We were able to find another Source supplier who could match our sold out product within an hour without a 'MOQ' with better cost and matching shipping times.
The representative (Shawn) was quite rude and slow to reply and wouldn't process the refund til 2 days later when we were promised we would be refunded on the same day. From our own recent experience, we wouldn't recommend HyperSKU at all as they did not deliver on their promise, poor customer service slow to cancel and refund when they didn't even have the item in stock as advertised.

I’m sorry that you had unpleasant experience. We see that you were looking for N95 masks without MOQ and had questions about HyperSKU’s features. HyperSKU App does have listing feature, but it is more about sourcing and fulfilling; we help dropshippers to source products from factories. And we fully trust sellers on the creative side of listing descriptions and image editings! Majority of products don’t have MOQ while some do. In this case N95 masks as the price is dynamic and we’d like to keep transparency with our customers.
Our consultant Shawn promised to refund your order within that day, and submit your refund request to our internal team immediately. And as you might know, there’s process and payment system takes time, so you couldn’t see the refund done right after Shawn replied you.
I fully understand this is an unpleasant experience for you, and appreciate you taking time writing this down. we will work on communication to prevent misunderstanding in the future.
